Stahl and de Vilotta surprise in the Eifel
An exciting third season run offered ADAC Procar over 100.000 visitors in the Nürburgring, which besieges all camping sites in the area in expectation of the 24h-Race (07. to 10 June) around the legendary Nordschleife. The highlight of the season for the ADAC Procar, took off in the Saturday morning in their 4 lap race on the long course (Nordschleife inclusive Grand Prix distance) of 25.359 km.
Franz Engstler (BMW 320i E46) got itself a lightning-clean start, with a victory as a goal for third season success. After the double victory with the season prelude in Oscherseben this success was no surprise, but it was the runner up places that provided the entertainment. Sebastian Stahl secured himself second position in the Toyota Corolla T-sport after in front of the only lady in the field, the Spaniard Maria de Vilotta Comba, driving her Chevrolet Lacetti for the first time on the Nürburgring.
